Woo-hoo! Got on the scale this morning and I’m exactly 3 pounds lighter at 142.8.
I started this 12 days ago, I could not be more pleased with the progress.
Best of all, I do not feel deprived. My portion sizes are controlled due to the shakes and my appetite is less now that my eyes aren’t bigger than my stomach.
Rice milk is my favorite drink to mix the shakes with.
