2 weeks “under my belt” and I’m down 4 1/2 pounds to 141.3. I’m positively giddy!
Haven’t had a single minute to work out during these 2 weeks, so to be losing anything is really encouraging.
Best part is I’m not shaky, jittery or grumpy. The shakes are yummy and I see my goal weight not too far off in the distance. That feeling hasn’t happened in a long time. I’m gonna be a “Skinny Bitch” soon! (I just read that book LOL)
